We are seeking a energetic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow banquet and outdoor catering sales. This individual will play a crucial role in client acquisition, event coordination, and revenue generation while maintaining high standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

 Drive sales for banquet/Outdoor bookings.

 Build and manage client relationships, especially with wedding planners, corporates, and event agencies.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare performance reports.

 Conduct venue walkthroughs, explain service offerings, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

 Collaborate with operations, kitchen, and event teams to ensure seamless event execution.

 Participate in networking events and local marketing campaigns to promote the venue.





 Maintain an updated CRM database and follow up with leads effectively.

Requirements:

 Minimum 4+ years of experience in banquet, hospitality, or event sales.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Strong knowledge of the Ahmedabad market and client base.

 Ability to manage multiple events and clients simultaneously.

 Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
