We are looking for a Technical Support Associate to assist customers with their queries and provide timely support through chat, email, and calls. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and English, basic technical troubleshooting ability, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat, email, and inbound calls.
- Understand customer issues and provide appropriate troubleshooting and resolution.
- Assist customers with product, order, payment, delivery, account, and other service-related queries.
- Follow standard troubleshooting procedures, knowledge bases, and SOPs.
- Create and update support tickets with accurate issue details.
- Coordinate with internal technical, operations, logistics, and finance teams when required.
- Follow up on unresolved cases until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet defined SLA, response time, resolution time, and quality targets.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
- Identify recurring issues and share feedback with the team lead.





Candidate Requirements

- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support, technical support, helpdesk, service desk, or related roles.
- Good spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Comfortable communicating in Hinglish.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work on multiple systems/screens.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Willing to work rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- Comfortable working from the office in BTM, Bengaluru.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, Helpdesk, E-commerce, D2C, Retail, or Online Marketplace environments will be preferred.
