Shift Supervision: Oversee day-to-day transport activities and monitor active vehicle movement during the shift.

Driver Coordination: Assign routes, track driver hours, and maintain communication with field staff.

Incident Management: Handle road emergencies, breakdowns, or delays and dispatch backup support.

Compliance Tracking: Ensure adherence to transport laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Shift Reporting: Log daily vehicle movements, incidents and driver performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

Education: Any degree with releavent knowledge or a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in transport operations, dispatching, or fleet management.

Skills: Robust communication, real-time problem solving, and basic knowledge of logistics software or GPS tracking tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
