Business Collaboration and Delivery
- Translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements, recommend approaches, and estimate effort.
- Document configurations, code, integrations, and key technical decisions.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and communicate progress, risks, and blockers proactively.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally covering both administration and development.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, Flows, reports, and data management.
- Practical experience with Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce development tools.
