We are looking for an experienced Plant In-Charge to manage the day-to-day operations of an alloy steel ingot melting and casting plant. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, melting operations, ingot casting, manpower management, quality control, equipment utilization, safety compliance and achieving production targets while minimizing rejection and operational costs.





Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing an alloy steel ingot melting and casting plant, with the ability to lead production teams, maintain consistent quality, improve plant productivity and ensure protected and cost-effective operations.
