Job Title: Legal Partner

Sky Direct Travel is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Legal Partner to support our growing travel, MICE, exhibition and B2B operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day to day legal matters, agreements and contracts
- Draft and review vendor, client, employee and business agreements
- Advise management on legal risks and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with external advocates and legal consultants when required
- Support dispute resolution, notices and legal correspondence
- Ensure compliance with applicable business, employment and travel regulations
- Maintain proper documentation and legal records

Requirements:

- LLB/LLM or equivalent legal qualification
- 2+ years of relevant legal experience




- Strong contract drafting and legal research skills
- Good understanding of commercial and corporate matters
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and provide practical business-focused advice
- Experience in travel, hospitality, MICE or service businesses is an advantage
