Job Summary

Fontspell is looking for a Customer Relations Executive to manage customer communication, coordinate with employees, and support day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customers and office coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate information and support.
- Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with employees regarding customer requirements and daily activities.
- Maintain customer records, reports, and related data.
- Perform basic administrative and office coordination tasks.
- Manage and update information using Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Assist the team with documentation, scheduling, and other administrative activities.




- Ensure timely follow-up and smooth communication between customers and the team.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Basic computer and administrative skills.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Candidates who can work from the office in Ramanattukara, Calicut are preferred.
