We are looking for an experienced Production Head to manage and oversee the complete production operations of our electrical manufacturing unit. The candidate should have strong knowledge of production planning, manpower handling, quality control.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the required timelines.
- Supervise and manage production workers and supervisors.
- Allocate manpower and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues and delays.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Purchase, and other departments.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of machinery.




- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production/manufacturing.
- Experience in electrical manufacturing or a similar manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Robust knowledge of production planning and shop-floor management.
- Good manpower handling and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and production-related reporting.
- Must be able to speak Hindi.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Should be willing to work from Nayanadanahalli, Bengaluru.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
