One of the International School is looking for an experienced, proactive and hands-on HR Manager to take ownership of the school’s HR function.

As a growing school, we are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment—someone who does not expect every process to already be in place, but is willing to build systems, strengthen processes, identify gaps and drive them through to implementation.

Responsibilities

* End-to-end recruitment of academic and non-academic staff

* Manpower planning, onboarding and employee documentation

* Attendance, leave and payroll coordination

* Employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters

* Performance management, probation, confirmations and appraisals

* HR policies, contracts and statutory compliance

* Staff engagement, training and development

* Exit management and Full & Final coordination

* HR MIS and reporting to Management

What We’re Looking For





* 5–8 years of relevant HR experience

* Solid understanding of HR operations, employee relations and compliance

* A strong sense of ownership and accountability

* A positive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to work collaboratively across teams

* Comfortable creating and improving processes rather than simply administering existing ones

* Ability to work independently, take initiative and follow matters through to closure

* Mature and confident in handling sensitive or difficult employee situations

* Strong communication, documentation and interpersonal skills

* Adaptable and willing to contribute beyond narrowly defined responsibilities when the situation requires

CTC: ₹7.8–₹11.4 LPA, commensurate with experience and capability.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
