ob Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for facility management and support services.

Recruit Security Guards, Housekeeping Staff, Pest Control Technicians, Pickers & Packers, Supervisors, and HR/Operations Executives.

Post job vacancies on job portals, WhatsApp groups, and other recruitment platforms.

Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.

Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection, and joining.

Conduct initial HR interviews and verify candidate details.

Maintain daily recruitment MIS, interview records, and candidate follow-up reports.

Coordinate joining formalities and collect required employee documents.

Follow up with site managers and operations teams regarding manpower requirements.





Ensure timely deployment of manpower at client locations.

Required Skills

Good communication and candidate coordination skills.

Knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.

Ability to handle bulk hiring and urgent manpower requirements.

Good follow-up, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
