Job Description: Site Supervisor (PMC)

Location: Andheri (reporting base); deployment across multiple project sites
Experience: 1–2+ years in site supervision (construction/PMC)
CTC: Up to ₹4.8 LPA

Role Summary
Supervise day-to-day execution at project sites on behalf of the PMC. Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise contractor activities at site and verify work against approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor quality of civil works (RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, flooring, finishing)
- Check shuttering, reinforcement and pre-pour readiness before concreting
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), manpower and material logs
- Verify and record measurements for contractor RA bill support
- Raise and track NCRs, snag lists and rectification
- Coordinate with contractors, site engineers and the PMC project manager
- Enforce site safety norms and PPE compliance
- Report delays, drawing gaps and material issues promptly
- Travel between sites as assigned

Requirements





- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with solid site exposure acceptable)
- 1–2+ years of site supervision experience, PMC or contractor side
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
- Working knowledge of IS codes and site QA/QC practices
- Basic MS Excel and MS Word skills; daily reporting ability
- Willingness to travel across multiple sites
- Own two-wheeler preferred

Good to Have

- Exposure to high-rise or commercial projects
- Experience coordinating multiple contractors
- Familiarity with measurement and quantity checking

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
