Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Client Communication

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and assist with business outreach.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and potential collaborations.
- Maintain records of client interactions and marketing activities.
- Support the team in identifying recent business opportunities.

2. Presentations & Marketing Collaterals

- Create engaging PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and company profiles.
- Assist in developing marketing proposals and promotional materials.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.

3. Content Strategy & Digital Marketing

- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to brainstorm and execute content strategies.
- Assist in planning social media calendars and campaigns.
- Research trending content formats and creative ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Contribute fresh ideas to strengthen the company's digital presence.

4. Content Creation & Reels

- Assist in conceptualising, scripting, shooting, and creating engaging reels and short-form videos.
- Create social media posts, captions, and other digital content pieces.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and editors for content production.
- Participate in behind-the-scenes content creation during studio shoots.

Skills & Requirements





- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools is an advantage.
- Creative thinking, research skills, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable making professional calls and communicating with potential clients.
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
