Keiiarra is expanding its presence through government-backed station stalls, offering customers an accessible and engaging fragrance shopping experience at high-footfall locations.

Job Purpose

The Counter Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the Keiiarra station stall, driving counter sales, engaging with customers, providing product demonstrations, maintaining stock and ensuring a premium customer experience.

The role requires an energetic, well-groomed and customer-focused individual who can independently manage day-to-day stall operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Counter Sales

- Welcome and engage customers visiting the Keiiarra stall.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable perfumes, candles and other products.
- Explain fragrance notes, product benefits, pricing and offers.
- Conduct perfume trials and product demonstrations professionally.
- Cross-sell and upsell products, discovery kits and gifting options.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

2. Stall Operations

- Open and close the stall as per assigned timings.
- Ensure the stall is clean, organised and visually appealing at all times.
- Maintain proper product display and merchandising as per Keiiarra guidelines.
- Ensure all products are properly labelled and priced.
- Follow all rules and guidelines applicable to the government-backed station premises.
- Maintain skilled conduct with station authorities, customers, security personnel and other staff.

3. Billing & Cash Handling

- Generate customer bills using the designated billing/POS system.
- Handle cash, UPI, card and other approved payment methods accurately.
- Maintain proper cash and transaction records.




- Ensure all sales are billed correctly.
- Report any billing discrepancies immediately to the reporting manager.
- Complete daily sales closing and reconciliation.

4. Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate stock at the stall.
- Check opening and closing stock daily.
- Record sales, stock movement, damages and shortages.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/team for stock replenishment.
- Ensure products are not moved from the stall without proper documentation.
- Maintain and submit daily stock reports as required.

5. Customer Experience

- Provide a warm, courteous and premium customer experience.
- Build customer interest through storytelling around Keiiarra fragrances and scented rituals.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Encourage customers to explore different fragrances.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales/marketing team.

6. Sales Reporting

- Submit daily sales reports.
- Report achievement against daily targets.
- Maintain records of:
- Total sales
- Number of bills
- Average bill value
- Units sold
- Best-selling products
- Stock balance
- Customer feedback
- Immediately report operational or stock-related issues to the manager.

Education:

- Minimum 12th Pass; graduate preferred.

Experience:





- 1–3 years of experience in counter sales, retail, beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, lifestyle, gifting or FMCG preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems.
- Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Ability to work independently at a retail counter.

Working Conditions

- The position will be based at Keiiarra government-backed station stalls.
- The employee may be required to work in shifts depending on stall operating hours.
- Weekly off will be provided as per the roster.
- The employee must strictly follow the operating rules, security requirements and guidelines of the respective station/premises.
- Punctuality and attendance are critical due to fixed stall operating hours.

Compensation

Sales Incentive: As per Keiiarra's applicable incentive structure.
Other Perks: As per company policy.

The Counter Sales Executive represents Keiiarra directly in front of customers and therefore must:

- Maintain excellent personal grooming.
- Be polite, respectful and professional.
- Never argue with customers or station authorities.
- Never leave the stall unattended without prior approval.
- Maintain confidentiality of company sales and business information.
- Follow all company policies and instructions.
- Maintain the premium image and reputation of Keiiarra.
