Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and take ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)

- Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain vendor records and reconcile vendor statements.
- Assist with payment terms and resolve vendor queries.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Generate and issue customer invoices.
- Track collections, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain ageing reports.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.

General Finance & Reporting

- Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and journal postings.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial records as per company policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders when required.





Mandatory Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements.
- Valuable attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a start-up environment, with flexibility, self-motivation, and ownership.

Preferred: MBA or CA Inter (not mandatory).

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
