About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Solution / Technical Architect with 15+ years of overall IT/Salesforce experience and strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and OmniStudio.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions for Banking / Financial Services clients and should be comfortable independently leading architecture discussions, technical workshops, client meetings, and solution design activities.

This is a hands-on, client-facing architecture role. Candidates with only managerial experience or without strong FSC + OmniStudio expertise will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Salesforce FSC solution architecture for Banking and Financial Services projects.
- Conduct client discussions, technical walkthroughs, architecture workshops, and solution presentations.
- Design scalable and maintainable solutions using the Salesforce FSC Data Model.
- Provide strong hands-on expertise in OmniStudio, including:
- OmniScripts
- Integration Procedures
- FlexCards
- DataRaptors
- Design and review integrations with:
- Core Banking Systems
- Payment Gateways
- KYC/AML Platforms
- External Enterprise Applications
- Provide architecture guidance across Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations.
- Review technical designs, solution documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation approaches.
- Guide development and delivery teams in resolving complex technical challenges.
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, integration, and compliance requirements.




- Support banking processes such as:
- Customer Onboarding
- KYC / AML
- Financial Accounts
- Loan Origination
- Customer 360
- Identify technical risks, evaluate alternatives, and recommend appropriate architecture solutions.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Delivery Teams, Developers, Presales Teams, and Client Stakeholders.
- Independently drive architecture decisions and provide technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills

- 15+ years of overall IT / Salesforce experience.
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect / Technical Architect.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio.
- Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions for banking clients.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce FSC Data Model.
- Experience with Core Banking integrations.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration architecture.
- Good hands-on knowledge of:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flow
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to independently lead architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be:

- Hands-on technically, not purely managerial.
- Robust in Salesforce FSC + OmniStudio.
- Experienced in Banking / Financial Services implementations.
- Comfortable independently owning architecture discussions with clients.
- Strong in client-facing communication and technical presentations.
- Capable of making architecture decisions and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Experienced in integrating Salesforce with Core Banking and enterprise systems.
- Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
