1. Job Responsibilities – Site Execution

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Execute RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring and finishing works.
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per the project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and site supervisors.
- Check material consumption, labour productivity and workmanship quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records and measurement books.
- Coordinate with the planning and quality teams to resolve site issues.

2. Job Responsibilities – Billing

- Prepare Running Account (RA) bills and final bills for contractors and clients.
- Take site measurements and prepare Measurement Books (MB).
- Prepare detailed quantity calculations and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Verify contractor bills against actual site execution and approved drawings.
- Prepare client bills, subcontractor bills and extra-item bills.
- Calculate quantities for concrete, steel, masonry, plastering and other civil works.
- Check material reconciliation, deductions, retention money and advances.




- Prepare rate analysis for extra items and deviation statements.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with the project manager, QS team and accounts department for bill certification and payment processing.

3. Required Skills

- Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and civil construction practices.
- Valuable understanding of quantity surveying and estimation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing documentation.
- Knowledge of BOQ, RA bills, MB, BBS and material reconciliation.
- Ability to calculate quantities from drawings and site measurements.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely completion of assigned construction activities.
- Accuracy of site measurements and billing quantities.
- Minimum discrepancies between executed work and submitted bills.
- Timely submission of RA bills and progress reports.
- Compliance with quality and safety requirements.

5. Software Knowledge

- AutoCAD
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- ERP or project billing software, if applicable

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
