Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Executive to manage and grow the social media presence of our hospitality brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & other relevant platforms.

Create and execute engaging social media strategies and content calendars.

Develop ideas for Reels, posts, stories, campaigns and promotional content.

Coordinate with photographers, designers, chefs and hotel/café teams for content creation.

Write engaging captions, hashtags and social media copy.

Monitor social media trends and create trend-based content relevant to the hospitality industry.

Manage community engagement, comments, messages and audience interactions.

Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement and growth.

Support promotional campaigns, events and special offers.





Maintain consistent brand image and communication across all platforms.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management/Marketing.

Hospitality industry experience is mandatory/preferred — candidates who have worked with hotels, cafés, restaurants, resorts or hospitality brands will be preferred.

Robust knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.

Good understanding of Reels, trends, content creation and social media algorithms.

Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual content.

Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and deadlines.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
