Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job Description:
Telecaller का मुख्य काम customers/candidates को फोन करके जानकारी देना, उनकी queries का जवाब देना और follow-up करना होता है।

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound और inbound calls handle करना।
- Customers/candidates को company, product या service की जानकारी देना।
- Interested candidates/customers का follow-up करना।
- Leads और customer details को Excel/CRM में update करना।
- Queries और complaints को properly handle करना।
- Daily call report और follow-up report तैयार करना।
- Appointment,



interview या meeting schedule करना।
- दिए गए monthly targets को पूरा करने का प्रयास करना।

Required Skills:

- अच्छी communication skills
- Hindi/English/Marathi में बातचीत करने की क्षमता
- Basic computer और MS Excel knowledge
- Customer handling और convincing skills
- Positive attitude और patience

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 per week
