Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or Diploma/Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 2–3 Years

Skills required:

- Project billing
- Client RA bills and vendor bills
- GST invoices and e-invoicing
- BOQ, work orders, and measurement sheets
- Excel and Tally/ERP
- Reconciliation of bills, payments, and outstanding amounts.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process client RA bills, running bills, and final bills for wind and solar EPC projects.
- Prepare vendor bills, subcontractor bills, and payment statements.
- Verify BOQ, work orders, measurement sheets, and project quantities.
- Handle GST invoices, e-invoicing, and billing documentation.
- Maintain billing records, payment tracking, and outstanding reports.
- Coordinate with project site teams, accounts, clients, and vendors for bill approvals.
- Prepare bill reconciliation statements and support GST/TDS-related documentation.
- Maintain project-wise billing records using MS Excel, Tally, or ERP software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
