Human Resources Intern

Work Mode: Work From Home
Working Days: 6 Days Working
Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist with daily HR activities and recruitment processes.
- Help source candidates through job portals and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates to discuss job openings and basic requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Communicate professionally with candidates over calls, messages, and emails.
- Maintain proper records of recruitment activities.
- Learn and support different human resources functions.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification of 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, email, and internet usage.




- Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently while working from home.
- A responsible, organised, and positive approach to work.
- A laptop or computer and a stable internet connection are required for work from home.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
