About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and execution-focused Offline Marketing Executive to drive onground brand awareness, coordinate promotional activities, build local partnerships, and strengthen Headfox’s presence across automotive and biking communities.

Key Responsibilities

- On-Ground Promotions: Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Events & Activations: Coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, biker meets, college events, road-safety campaigns, and product demonstrations.
- Dealer & Retailer Engagement: Support marketing initiatives with dealers, distributors, retail outlets, and relevant business partners.
- Brand Visibility: Identify opportunities for branding at automotive outlets, biking communities, events, and other relevant locations.
- Partnerships & Tie-Ups: Develop relationships with automobile businesses, riding clubs, event organizers, and local organizations.
- Marketing Materials: Coordinate the development and distribution of brochures, standees, banners, promotional merchandise, and other brand collaterals.
- Campaign Execution & Reporting: Manage event coordination, vendor communication, budgets, and post-campaign performance reports.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in offline marketing, field marketing,



event marketing, or brand activations.
- Experience in executing on-ground promotional campaigns and coordinating events.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and execution skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and visit events, retail outlets, and partner locations as required.
- Experience in automotive, electronics, consumer products, or lifestyle brands will be preferred
