TGT/PGT English Teacher – Job Description

SRISA International School is looking for a qualified, passionate, and experienced TGT/PGT English Teacher to join our academic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons.

Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching materials.

Maintain a positive, disciplined, and supportive classroom environment.

Assess and monitor students’ academic progress.

Provide appropriate guidance and feedback to students.

Participate in school activities, meetings, examinations, and academic initiatives.

Maintain effective communication with parents and colleagues.

Eligibility & Skills:

Postgraduate degree in English with B.Ed.

Relevant teaching experience preferred.

Excellent English communication skills.

Robust classroom management and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of modern teaching methodologies.

Passion for teaching and student development.
