Creative Point is a digital marketing agency based in Coimbatore, helping businesses grow through social media, branding, web, and performance marketing. We're looking for a Digital Ads Executive who can plan and run paid campaigns that deliver real results for our clients.

About the Role
This role is all about paid advertising and performance marketing. You'll plan, run, and optimise ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google for different clients and industries, with the goal of generating quality leads and sales. You'll work closely with our design, content, and client servicing teams.

What You'll Do

- Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) for multiple clients
- Understand each client's business and goals, and build the right ad strategy for them
- Generate leads and sales through lead forms, landing pages, WhatsApp click-to-chat ads, and e-commerce campaigns
- Set targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies to lower the cost per lead/acquisition
- Work with the design and content team on ad creatives, videos, and ad copy
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and copy to improve performance
- Track and share weekly and monthly reports with clients: reach, leads, cost per lead, ROAS, and ROI




- Set up and monitor tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, conversion tracking)
- Keep up with ad platform updates and digital marketing trends

What We're Looking For

- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and/or Google Ads (freshers with a strong practical portfolio or certifications may also apply)
- Understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation
- Knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
- Basic skills in ad copywriting and creative direction
- Analytical mindset with comfort in reports and data (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Experience handling client accounts or an agency background is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork skills
