HiQ Photographers Private Limited is a Chennai based photography company specializing in luxury weddings, refined visual storytelling, and cinematic wedding films. Since 2006, we have been documenting meaningful celebrations with an emphasis on creativity, personalisation, and timeless imagery.

We’re looking for a confident, articulate, and creatively minded professional who enjoys building relationships, understanding people, and working with premium clients.

The Role

This is an opportunity for someone who combines business acumen with a strong aesthetic sensibility someone who can represent a luxury brand, develop meaningful industry connections, and turn genuine client interest into lasting relationships.

What You’ll Do

- Client Relations: Respond to wedding enquiries, understand client expectations, conduct consultations, and manage follow-ups.
- Business Development: Convert qualified enquiries into bookings through thoughtful communication and relationship building.
- Digital Marketing: Coordinate and monitor lead-generation campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
- Industry Networking: Build relationships with luxury wedding planners, premium bridal boutiques, and leading wedding venues across Chennai.
- Brand Representation: Represent HiQ professionally in client meetings, networking events, and venue visits.
- Client Coordination:



Maintain clear communication with clients and the internal creative team throughout the booking journey.

Who We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, hospitality, events, premium retail, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Tamil.
- A polished, skilled personality with a natural understanding of luxury service and client expectations.
- Familiarity with social media marketing, digital advertising, and lead management.
- Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
- An appreciation for photography, fashion, design, weddings, and contemporary luxury culture.

Compensation & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000, depending on experience.
- Performance Incentives: Attractive commissions on confirmed bookings.
