We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team at EduCADD. The candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective students and engineering/design aspirants.

The primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound enquiries, explain various CAD/CAM/CAE, Project Management and IT courses offered by EduCADD, and convert prospective leads into course enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective students who have enquired through online campaigns, walk-ins or digital platforms.
- Explain course details, duration, eligibility, software modules and placement assistance to students and parents.
- Handle incoming calls professionally and address queries regarding fees, batch timings and certification programs.
- Follow up systematically with prospective students and encourage them to visit the centre for counselling or demo sessions.




- Counsel walk-in students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Work towards achieving weekly and monthly enrolment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of call outcomes, lead status, follow-ups and student details in CRM and reporting systems.
- Coordinate with the operations team and technical trainers to schedule demo sessions and ensure smooth student onboarding.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students through transparent communication and regular follow-ups.
- Handle high call volumes professionally while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
