Job Description: HR Trainee/Intern
Company: Talent Integrators Location: Dwarka Sector-7, Delhi Work Days: 5.5 days/week
Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary- 10-12K per month as Trainee (Depending upon fresher/any internship done earlier)
Employment Type: Internship (3 months) with potential conversion to permanent role based on performance
About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic B.Tech/M.Tech/ B.B.A/MBA (PGDM is also preferable) freshers who are eager to transition into an HR Recruitment role. The selected candidates will undergo training in HR processes, talent acquisition, and recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Assist in onboarding processes for new hires.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech/ B.B.A/MBA (Freshers) candidates willing to move into HR.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
