Role: Senior Accounts Officer
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
Experience: 4 to 12 Years
Package: ₹4.00 LPA – ₹5.00 LPA
Location: Thane (West), Maharashtra

Experience

- 4 to 12 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Candidates from the Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Manage invoicing, billing, and accounting entries.
- Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Handle GST-related accounting, reconciliation, and compliance activities.
- Manage TDS calculation, deduction, reconciliation, and related documentation.
- Monitor and manage cash flow and daily fund requirements.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Perform ledger scrutiny and reconciliation of accounts.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers,



and banks for accounting-related matters.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory and accounting-related activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records as per company policies.
- Support the Finance/Accounts Manager in day-to-day financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and practices.
- Good working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Experience in Invoicing and BRS.
- Positive understanding of Cash Flow Management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
- Good analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
