· Handle day-to-day Quality Control activities in the manufacturing process.

· Inspect raw materials, in-process materials and finished products.

· Ensure products are manufactured as per drawing, specifications and quality standards.

· Conduct dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Gauges and other measuring instruments.

· Knowledge and practical experience of CMM / VMM / Profile Projector (PP) inspection.

· Check CNC components, tubes, fittings and engineering components as per customer requirements.

· Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.

· Identify quality issues and defects and take corrective actions.

· Coordinate with Production, CNC, Stores and Purchase departments for quality-related issues.

· Handle customer complaints and support root-cause analysis.

· Prepare NCR, CAPA and inspection reports where required.

· Monitor and maintain calibration records of measuring instruments.

· Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and standards.

· Support internal and external quality audits.

· Guide and supervise junior QC team members.





· Maintain proper documentation as per ISO 9001 and company procedures.

· Maintain documentation and inspection processes as required under applicable API standards.

Qualification & Certification

· Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

· NDT Level III Certification is required.

· Valid NDT Level III certification in relevant NDT method(s), from a recognized/approved certification body, as applicable.

· Knowledge of NDT methods such as UT, PT, MT and RT will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
