We are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer for waterproofing and allied civil services to supervise and manage on-site work at residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for site inspections, identifying leakage and seepage issues, executing waterproofing treatments, supervising workers, and ensuring quality work within the project timeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site inspections to identify water leakage, seepage, dampness, and waterproofing-related issues.
- Supervise waterproofing applications for terraces, roofs, bathrooms, basements, water tanks, podiums, and external walls.
- Handle related civil repair works, including crack filling, plaster repair, grouting, concrete repair, and surface preparation.
- Prepare site reports, measurements, material requirements, and daily progress updates.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, labourers, vendors, and project managers.
- Ensure proper application of waterproofing chemicals, membranes, coatings, and other approved materials.
- Monitor workmanship, material consumption, safety standards, and quality control.
- Assist in preparing estimates, BOQs, work schedules, and material requisitions.




- Conduct water ponding tests and other appropriate quality checks after treatment.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure timely completion of projects.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Relevant experience in waterproofing, civil maintenance, construction, or repair works is preferred.
- Knowledge of waterproofing materials, application methods, and basic civil construction practices.
- Ability to read drawings, take measurements, and prepare site reports.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
