Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Representatives to drive sales and business development in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for retailer coverage, order generation, market expansion, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Generate orders and drive secondary sales.

- Visit retailers regularly and develop solid relationships.

- Increase retail coverage and market penetration.

- Appoint new retailers in uncovered areas.

- Identify new business opportunities.

- Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.





- Coordinate with distributors for timely order fulfillment.

- Monitor market activities and competitor presence.

- Ensure effective market execution.

- Submit regular sales and market reports.

Requirements

- Experience in FMCG sales will be preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
