Social Media & Content Performance Manager
Luxury Aesthetics Clinic | Panchsheel Park, New Delhi

We are looking for a responsible, qualified and highly organised Social Media & Content Performance Manager to join our in-house team at a premium luxury aesthetics clinic in New Delhi.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of our social media content, videography, content coordination and communication with our external marketing/performance agency.

We are looking for someone who is serious about their work, punctual, proactive and capable of managing responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

- Manage the clinic's day-to-day social media content and content calendar.
- Plan and coordinate Instagram Reels, Stories, posts and other social content.
- Stay updated with current Instagram trends, formats, sounds and Gen-Z/Millennial content styles.
- Develop creative content ideas that are relevant to the luxury aesthetics and beauty industry.
- Ensure content is consistent with the clinic's premium brand image.
- Monitor content performance, reach, engagement and overall social media growth.
- Work closely with the management team to execute campaigns, offers, launches and promotional content.

Videography & Content Production

- Handle in-house videography and photography for the clinic.
- Shoot high-quality videos, treatment content, doctor-led content, testimonials, before/after content and lifestyle content.
- Plan shots and ensure sufficient footage is captured for the content calendar.
- Coordinate with the video editor and provide clear instructions, references and deadlines.




- Review edited content and ensure it meets the clinic's quality and branding standards before publishing.

Agency & Performance Marketing Coordination

- Act as the primary point of communication between the clinic and the external marketing/performance agency.
- Coordinate with the agency regarding advertisements, creatives, campaigns, offers and required content.
- Ensure videos, creatives and other marketing assets are delivered to the agency on time.
- Follow up with the agency on campaign requirements, performance updates and pending tasks.
- Maintain organised records of creatives, campaigns and communication.
- Coordinate with management to ensure all marketing communication and content is approved before being shared or published.

Accountability & Operations

- Maintain a structured content and campaign workflow.
- Ensure deadlines are followed without repeated follow-ups.
- Be present and available during working hours as required.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities rather than waiting for instructions.
- Maintain confidentiality of the clinic's business information, social media accounts, marketing data and credentials.
- Escalate important issues or delays to management immediately.

Candidate Requirements





- 1–4 years of relevant experience in social media, content creation, videography or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and short-form video content.
- Positive understanding of social media performance metrics and digital marketing.
- Experience coordinating with marketing agencies is highly preferred.
- Strong videography and basic video editing knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Must be proactive, punctual, dependable and professional.
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, premium/luxury environment.
- Robust attention to detail and sense of aesthetics.
- Experience in beauty, aesthetics, dermatology, fashion, luxury, hospitality or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Salary

₹20,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.
