Key Responsibilities

- Enter daily kitchen data into Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain records of food ingredients, stock usage, and kitchen requirements.
- Update food preparation, production, and consumption records as instructed by the Chef.
- Prepare and maintain Excel sheets for kitchen operations.
- Assist in maintaining food cost and wastage records.
- Collect and organize kitchen-related data from the concerned team.
- Check data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports as requested by the Chef.
- Maintain proper records and confidentiality of company information.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of data entry and record keeping.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to coordinate with the Chef and kitchen team.
- Previous experience in data entry or restaurant operations is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
