Job Description: Junior Architect
Location: Kondotty, Malappuram, Kerala
Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The candidate should have knowledge of architectural design, drafting, and 2D/3D visualization, along with the ability to assist senior architects in developing architectural plans and project drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior architects in preparing architectural designs and drawings.
- Prepare 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Develop 3D models and architectural visualizations.
- Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, and project teams.
- Make revisions to drawings based on client and project requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with building regulations and project specifications.
- Assist with site visits and monitor project progress when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of Revit, Lumion, or other rendering software is an advantage.
- Valuable design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
