Love Bites Wedding Planners is a creative wedding and event planning company based in Trivandrum, specializing in designing beautiful and memorable weddings and celebrations. Our team works closely with clients to create personalized experiences, from intimate gatherings to grand wedding events.

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will help manage client inquiries, assist in converting leads into bookings, and support the sales team in promoting our wedding planning services. This role requires strong communication skills, organization, and a passion for the wedding and events industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Assist in explaining wedding packages and services to potential clients
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings or consultations
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals and quotations
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities
- Assist in updating client databases and tracking leads
- Work closely with the planning team to understand service offerings
- Help achieve monthly sales targets and business goals




- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or event/wedding industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
