About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to strengthen photography sales and client acquisition in Calicut. The ideal candidate should be confident in cold calling, lead handling, client meetings, negotiations, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and convert photography enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and direct client engagement.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their photography requirements.
- Present packages, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure zero pending leads.
- Build strong relationships with wedding clients and referral networks.




- Achieve monthly revenue and booking targets.
- Monitor lead status, conversion rates, and sales pipeline.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Prepare regular sales reports and coordinate with branch and operations teams.

Requirements

- 4–5 years of sales experience, preferably in photography, wedding, events, or related industries.
- Strong experience in cold calling and converting leads.
- Excellent client-handling and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and good at follow-ups.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Willingness to meet clients and travel locally when required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
