About the Role

We are looking for a practical, technology-oriented instructor to deliver training in Business Administration using AI-powered tools and digital productivity platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to translate technology into real-world business applications through live demonstrations, hands-on exercises, case studies and practical assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Introduce workflow automation using tools such as Zapier and Trello, along with basic AI agents and CRM automation concepts.
- Train learners to use Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Google Drive and OneDrive effectively.
- Deliver instructor-led training on AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini and Claude.
- Train learners in AI-assisted email drafting, skilled communication, report writing, SOP creation and document summarisation.
- Demonstrate AI applications in project management, task planning, scheduling and business productivity.
- Teach digital records management, document organisation, classification and retention practices.
- Conduct practical sessions, assignments, demonstrations and learner assessments.
- Ensure learners understand data privacy, information security, AI accuracy, responsible AI usage and the limitations of AI-generated outputs.
- Develop training materials, practical exercises and business-based case studies.

Required Skills and Competencies

- In-depth tool proficiency: Practical experience with the specific AI tools and platforms included in the assigned curriculum.
- Prompt engineering: Ability to design, refine and troubleshoot prompts for complex, multi-step business tasks.
- Workflow automation: Ability to build and explain working automations,



including triggers, actions, integrations, error handling and testing.
- AI agents and multi-step workflows: Understanding of the distinction between a basic AI interaction, an automated workflow and an AI agent, with practical demonstrations where required by the curriculum.
- Business application: Ability to translate AI capabilities into repeatable, useful business processes rather than isolated demonstrations.
- Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose why a workflow or AI output has failed and demonstrate how to correct it.
- Instructional expertise: Ability to teach technical concepts systematically, demonstrate them live and evaluate learners' practical competency.

Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Relevant training, facilitation or teaching experience is preferred.
- Practical experience using AI tools in business operations, administration, project coordination or productivity-related roles will be an advantage.
- Candidates must be comfortable demonstrating tools hands-on rather than relying solely on theoretical explanations.

Shortlisted candidates will undergo a technical competency evaluation and a practical teaching assessment. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the relevant workflows, explain their configuration and logic, troubleshoot issues, and teach the subject independently.
