Position: OPD Assistant
Department: Out Patient Department (OPD)
Location: Jabalpur Hospital & Research Centre, Jabalpur

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in smooth day-to-day functioning of the OPD.
- Register patients, manage appointments and guide patients to respective departments/doctors.
- Assist doctors and nursing staff during OPD consultations.
- Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with Reception, Billing, Diagnostics and other departments.
- Ensure proper patient flow, communication and courteous patient handling.
- Follow hospital policies, infection control and patient safety protocols.

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience: 0–2 years in hospital/healthcare setting preferred.
Skills: Positive communication, basic computer knowledge, patient-handling skills and a service-oriented attitude.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
