E-Commerce Executive – Amazon & Marketplace

Location: Kochi, Kerala
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our Amazon and other e-commerce marketplace operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads/PPC, marketplace operations, product listings, SEO, catalog management, inventory, pricing and sales growth.

The candidate will be responsible for independently managing day-to-day marketplace operations, analyzing performance, resolving account issues and optimizing advertising campaigns to drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Plan, create, monitor and optimize Amazon PPC and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor PPC performance, ROAS, ACOS, sales, conversions and campaign profitability.
- Manage product listings, titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords and SEO optimization.
- Create and manage A+ Content and other marketplace content.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage product catalog, inventory, pricing, promotions and offers.
- Monitor marketplace sales and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain and monitor Amazon Account Health and Policy Compliance.
- Monitor ODR, late shipments, cancellations, customer feedback and fulfillment performance.
- Resolve suppressed and stranded listings and other catalog-related issues.
- Handle Amazon performance notifications, account issues and policy-related matters.
- Assist with resolving account suspensions and other marketplace operational issues.
- Handle Amazon deductions, disputes and operational discrepancies.
- Analyze marketplace reports and provide insights to improve sales and profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations.

Required Skills & Experience





- Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in Amazon / E-Commerce.
- Strong practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
- Good understanding of Amazon PPC, Amazon Ads, ACOS and ROAS.
- Experience in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns.
- Experience with product listing creation and e-commerce SEO.
- Knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Experience with inventory, pricing, promotions and catalog management.
- Good understanding of Amazon Account Health and marketplace policies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage marketplace operations and troubleshoot issues.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred / Additional Skills

- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with Helium 10 or similar Amazon seller tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Experience creating A+ Content.
- Experience using AI tools for product images, videos and marketing content.
- Basic knowledge of AI-based video generation is an advantage.
