About the Role
We are looking for a *CPL Executive* with 1–2 years of relevant experience in CPL/lead generation campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for managing CPL campaigns, monitoring lead quality and performance, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring campaign targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and optimize *CPL and lead generation campaigns* across relevant platforms.

* Monitor campaign performance, lead volume, CPL, conversion rates, and overall ROI.

* Track and analyze lead quality and identify opportunities for campaign improvement.

* Coordinate with media buying, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth lead flow.

* Maintain daily/weekly campaign reports and performance trackers.

* Identify issues affecting lead quality or campaign performance and take corrective actions.

* Work towards achieving campaign targets while maintaining the required lead quality.

* Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities related to lead generation.





Requirements

* *1–2 years of relevant experience in CPL / Lead Generation / Performance Marketing.*

* Good understanding of CPL campaigns, lead generation, and campaign metrics.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Positive communication and coordination skills.

* Proficiency in *MS Excel/Google Sheets* for reporting and data analysis.

* Ability to work with targets and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

* Experience in *Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing* will be an advantage.

* Familiarity with lead tracking systems, campaign dashboards, and performance reports.

* Experience working with CPL campaigns in *Finance, Loans, Insurance, or other lead-generation verticals* is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
