Sambhav Jain Atelier is looking for an exceptionally creative, visually driven Content Producer & Brand Strategist to take ownership of the firm's digital content and visual storytelling.

This is not a conventional social media management role.

We are looking for someone who can think, conceptualise, shoot, edit, design and execute — someone with a strong visual eye who understands how to translate architecture, interiors, materials, people and spaces into compelling digital content.

The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable behind a camera, inside an editing suite and developing the next content campaign for the brand.

What You Will Do

- Develop and execute SJA's overall content and social media strategy
- Conceptualise original content ideas, campaigns, reels and storytelling formats
- Visit our projects and sites to shoot high-quality photographs and videos
- Plan shots, framing, lighting, compositions, transitions and visual narratives
- Produce and edit high-quality Instagram Reels, short-form videos, project films and behind-the-scenes content
- Create engaging content around:
- Completed architecture & interior projects
- Construction and site progress
- Before/after transformations
- Materials and detailing
- Design processes
- Founder/designer-led content
- Behind-the-scenes studio content
- Trends, insights and educational design content
- Handle advanced video editing including pacing, transitions, sound design, colour grading, typography and motion graphics
- Retouch and edit architectural/interior photography
- Design sophisticated graphics, carousels, stories,



presentations and other digital assets
- Maintain a consistent premium visual identity across all SJA content
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
- Track content performance and continuously improve the strategy based on engagement and growth
- Identify relevant trends without compromising the luxury positioning of the brand
- Develop new ways of presenting SJA's projects and design philosophy online

What We're Looking For

We care significantly more about your portfolio and creative ability than your degree.

You should have:

- Exceptional video editing skills
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Excellent graphic design sense
- A sophisticated understanding of composition, typography, colour and visual hierarchy
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts and digital content
- Ability to turn raw footage into highly polished, engaging content
- Understanding of storytelling, hooks, pacing and audience retention
- Ability to independently conceptualise and execute shoots
- Strong understanding of luxury branding and visual communication
- A keen interest in architecture, interiors, fashion, luxury, art or design




- Ability to work independently and take ownership rather than wait for detailed instructions

Software / Skills

Strong proficiency in some or all of the following is preferred:

Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
After Effects
Photoshop
Lightroom
Illustrator
Canva / Figma
CapCut or equivalent short-form editing tools

Knowledge of AI-based creative and editing tools is a strong advantage.

The Person We're Looking For

We want someone who is highly creative, experimental and obsessed with visual quality.

You should be the kind of person who sees a beautiful space and immediately starts thinking:

"How can I shoot this differently?"

"What would make someone stop scrolling?"

"How can this become a story rather than just another project photograph?"

We are not looking for someone who simply posts content provided to them.

We want someone capable of helping us build a distinctive visual language for SJA.

Experience

Preferred: 2–5 years in content creation, creative production, videography, video editing, advertising, fashion, architecture, interiors, hospitality or luxury brands.

Exceptional candidates with less experience but an outstanding portfolio are encouraged to apply.
