Job Summary

Roverz MotorBikes is looking for a customer-focused and responsible Service Advisor to join our Service Department. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating customer service requirements, preparing job cards, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the workshop team.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards with accurate customer and vehicle details.
- Explain service requirements, repair estimates, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely service.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair progress.
- Ensure customer complaints are recorded and resolved effectively.




- Coordinate vehicle delivery after service completion.
- Maintain service records, customer feedback, and follow-up details.
- Support customer satisfaction and service department targets.

Requirements

- ITI or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Experience in an automobile service centre is an advantage.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of motorcycle servicing and maintenance.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with customers and workshop technicians.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
