Job Purpose

To supervise daily factory production activities, manage workers, and ensure that assigned work is completed properly, safely, and on time as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the factory.
- Allocate work to carpenters and other factory workers based on project requirements.
- Monitor cutting, edge banding, pressing, drilling, assembling, finishing, and packing activities.
- Ensure production work is carried out according to approved drawings and measurements.
- Check the quality and accuracy of finished and semi-finished products.
- Monitor daily production progress and update the Factory Incharge.
- Ensure materials are available before starting production work.
- Coordinate with the store team regarding material requirements and shortages.
- Identify production delays, errors, or material issues and report them immediately.
- Ensure proper handling and usage of machines, tools, and materials.
- Monitor worker attendance, discipline, productivity, and work allocation.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness inside the factory.
- Minimize material wastage and avoid unnecessary rework.




- Ensure completed items are properly packed and ready for dispatch to the site.
- Maintain basic daily production records and work status.
- Follow company safety rules and ensure workers follow proper safety practices.
- Support urgent production requirements and coordinate with the site team when required.

Required Skills

- Experience in modular furniture / interior production is preferred.
- Good knowledge of carpentry and factory production processes.
- Ability to understand drawings and measurements.
- Ability to supervise and manage workers.
- Good knowledge of production materials and tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify quality issues and production problems.
- Basic knowledge of maintaining production records.

- Minimum material wastage and rework.
- Proper coordination with Factory Incharge and Site Team.
- Maintaining factory discipline, safety, and cleanliness.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
