- Preparationingredients: Washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing vegetables, fruits, and meats as directed.
- Washing and sanitizing: Cleaning cookware, utensils, dishes, cutting boards, and kitchen surfaces continuously.
- Maintaining floors and areas: Sweeping, mopping, and keeping all back-of-house areas tidy.
- Safety compliance: Following local food safety and hygiene rules to prevent contamination.
- Waste disposal: Emptying trash bins, separating recyclables, and clearing food scraps safely.
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours.
- Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned.
- Neatly putting away all utensils, cooking instruments, dishes, and cutting boards in their respective places.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
