Social Media Account Setup Specialist – Project-Based

What You'll Do

- Set up and configure business social-media profiles based on client requirements
- Set up business profiles on platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Threads
- Set up LinkedIn and X profiles where required as part of the client package
- Add and update accurate business name, username/handle, profile image, bio, website and contact information
- Configure relevant business category, location and profile information
- Implement approved logos, banners and other brand assets supplied by the SOLWICE team
- Maintain consistent business information and branding across different social-media platforms
- Ensure profiles are complete, skilled and ready for client use
- Coordinate with clients to collect missing account and business information
- Make basic corrections based on client or SOLWICE feedback
- Deliver completed social-media account setup within agreed timelines

Educational Qualification

- Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing,



Business Administration, Communications or a related field preferred
- Relevant certification or equivalent practical experience will also be considered

Skills & Requirements

- Practical experience setting up Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn and X profiles
- Understanding of business social-media profile setup
- Good understanding of bios, profile information, business categories and account settings
- Ability to maintain consistency across multiple platforms
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and client coordination skills
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Practical Assessment

Shortlisted candidates may be given a brief-based practical social-media account setup task using sample business information.
