Key Responsibilities :

Marketing & Campaign Design

- Design creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube and other digital advertising channels.
- Develop visuals for promotional offers, festive sales, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Adapt concepts into multiple platform formats and create variations for A/B testing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative briefs.

Website & E-commerce Design

- Design homepage and collection banners, promotional tiles and landing-page assets.
- Support visual merchandising and the presentation of products and categories.
- Optimise website assets for desktop and mobile, maintaining a consistent brand experience.

Email Marketing Design

- Create promotional email banners, product features, newsletters and automated-flow assets.
- Keep email visuals clear, engaging and aligned with campaign objectives and the website. Brand & Offline Creatives
- Create social graphics, posters, standees, signage and in-store promotional assets.
- Maintain visual consistency and help organise the brand asset library.

What We're Looking For

- Solid grasp of typography, composition, colour and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, or equivalent qualified design tools; working knowledge of Figma and Canva.




- Ability to turn briefs into polished designs for different channels and formats.
- Strong attention to detail, especially around product imagery, prices and promotional messaging.
- Good organisation, communication and ability to handle multiple deadlines.

Preferred Experience & Bonus Skills:

- Ideally 1-2 years in graphic design, e-commerce or digital marketing design; freshers with strong portfolios are welcome.
- Experience with e-commerce or D2C brands and performance-marketing creatives is a plus.
- Basic motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro or CapCut) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and large product catalogues is useful.

- Create effective ad and campaign assets that support marketing objectives.
- Improve the visual presentation of website promotions and product collections.
