Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving complex technical incidents via phone, email, chat, or remote desktop tools. System Maintenance: Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, applications, and network infrastructure. Documentation: Logging incidents, creating knowledge base articles, and maintaining accurate records of resolutions and workarounds. Escalation: Identifying critical issues and collaborating with development or engineering teams for root cause analysis and permanent fixes. Customer Education: Providing step-by-step guidance, training, and documentation to help users effectively utilize products.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹1,670,000.00 per month
