About the Role

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-friendly Salesman to join our men’s clothing store. The candidate will be responsible for showing customers kurta pyjama, coat pant, pant shirt, matching turbans with colors, etc.

Our product range includes coat-pant suits, shirts, kurta-pajamas, turbans, and other men’s ethnic and formal wear.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their clothing requirements.
- Help customers select suitable colours, styles, and designs.
- Demonstrate and explain the features, quality, and prices of products.
- Handle sales of coat-pants, pant-shirts, kurta-pajamas, turbans, and other men’s wear.
- Provide suggestions based on the customer’s occasion, style, and budget.
- Maintain a neat and attractive display of clothing and merchandise.
- Keep the sales area clean, organized, and well-presented.
- Handle customer queries and provide friendly and professional service.
- Support billing, packing, stock checking, and other shop activities when required.
- Build valuable relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat business.
- Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.

Requirements

- Good communication and customer-handling skills in punjabi, hindi and english
- Pleasant personality and a positive attitude.




- Basic knowledge of men’s clothing and fashion.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Good knowledge of colours, and clothing combinations.
- Ability to work in a retail environment.
- Previous experience in a clothing/fashion retail store is preferred but not compulsory.
- Knowledge of Punjabi/Hindi and basic English will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹8000 per month, negotiable, depending on experience and skills.
