Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Off-Page SEO Specialist with 2 to 3 years of experience to lead our authority-building, outreach, and digital PR initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling ethical link-building campaigns to improve domain authority, organic rankings, and brand visibility across targeted search engines.

Core Responsibilities

- Acquire high-quality, contextual backlinks on authoritative websites within relevant niches.
- Plan, draft, and execute end-to-end press release (PR) outreach strategies to gain media coverage and referral traffic.
- Research, identify, and establish strong ongoing relationships with high-DA publishers, webmasters, bloggers, and industry journalists.
- Perform continuous competitor backlink gap analysis to identify untapped backlink and guest-posting opportunities.
- Manage cold email outreach campaigns, including copywriting, follow-up sequences, and publisher negotiations.




- Audit and clean up backlink profiles regularly using disavow processes to prevent spam penalties.
- Track, analyze, and report on key off-page metrics such as domain authority growth, backlink acquisition rate, referral traffic, and keyword positioning.

Key Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience exclusively in Off-Page SEO, backlink acquisition, and link outreach.
- Link Building Strategy: Proven track record in executing Guest Posting, Broken Link Building, Unlinked Brand Mentions, Skyscraper technique, and PR distribution.
- SEO Toolkits: Practical proficiency in Ahrefs, Semrush, Pitchbox, Hunter.io, Moz, and BuzzStream.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional email copywriting skills with demonstrated ability to negotiate link placements and editorial opportunities.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to evaluate domain quality, organic traffic metrics, and spam scores to avoid low-quality link schemes.

Educational Background

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related discipline.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
