Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to identify potential customers, promote company products or services, develop strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and online channels.
- Present and promote company products or services to customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and order documentation.
- Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and payments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support.




- Prepare regular sales reports and update management on sales performance.

Qualifications and Skills

- Any degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage; freshers may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or field sales, if required.
