- Handle incoming enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, Instagram and other platforms.
- Call and follow up with wedding photography and videography leads.
- Understand client requirements, wedding dates, venues and budget.
- Explain photography, videography and wedding package options to clients.
- Prepare and share quotations with prospective clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the photography team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and booking status.
- Develop new leads through social media, referrals, wedding planners, venues and other sources.
- Promote the company’s wedding photography and videography services.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for Instagram, Facebook,
Google and other promotional activities.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team after confirmation to ensure smooth client handover.
